We have a very comprehensive refunds policy. If we haven’t received any of your documents and your circumstances have changed, we’ll be able to refund you in full. If we have received and checked your paperwork but haven’t submitted it to the embassy yet, we’ll be able to refund you embassy fees in full and half of our admin fees. Once the visa has been applied for, even if application was unsuccessful, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
